Loved the twists, some of the storyline was predictable at times but that doesn't mean I enjoyed it any less! The characters are well thought-out and easy to fall in love with; if you like the enemies to lovers trope, absolutely give this a go! The narrator is fantastic as well, lovely voice, easily gets you gripped onto the story.

This book was as good as the first. Well read, and a very good storyline that kept me interested to the very last. Plus it made my eyes leak a bit, which is always the mark of a good storyteller.

I really, thoroughly loved how this book made me feel. Yes I could guess the twists a mile away but that didn't bother me because they worked regardless. I love the main characters dynamic and feel nicely content with their journey. Would I love to read more of their story if there was anything? Of course, but I also believe it ended in a really good place. I will be looking into more of the authors work in the future.
