opens and ends in chills!
what a rollercoaster of chills and spine tingling twists! I could not put this book down! three friends with secrets they will do anything to protect. toxicity really does mean that they are keeping their friends close and enemies closer.

Perfect twists
You don’t make sense of it at first , then it starts hitting you ! Brillant characters , killer opening, nicely narrated. First I read of him. Looking forward to more like this one.

Absolutely incredibly brilliant!
To be completely honest I didn’t get into the story straight away but once I had got to know the characters and their. Audios backstories I really couldn’t stop listening! The complex way the characters interact and the sheer number of twists and turns was enthralling.
John Marrs is quickly becoming one of my absolute favourites. This was just genius!

A rollercoaster of a book!
I love John’s books and couldn’t wait to listen to this one!I wasn’t disappointed. I binged it all in one day, just couldn’t stop listening to it. However, for the first few chapters I wasn’t quite sure if I was going to like the book. It is rather convoluted and a bit confusing and I had no idea what was going on. If you feel this like this, persevere! It all becomes clear and you will be in for a cracking rollercoaster of a read. Twists and turns a plenty, some I predicted, but many I did not! Well done John, this is one of your best!

Another incredible book!
He does it again! I'm actually sad that I've finished as that's all his books read until he brings out his next (please hurry!) this book did not disappoint, the characters were so relatable, storyline was on point and yet again, I did not see the twist coming at all!! keep up the amazing work Mr Marrs - I can't tell you how much it's appreciated!!!!
